Two gear loops round out the functional design, so you can carry all the gear you need for your mountain tour in a very practical way.

Features of the Petzl Altitude climbing harness

• Designed for mountaineering and ski touring:
  – Can be worn with feet on the ground, skis or crampons on your feet
  – DOUBLEBACK LIGHT buckle and tightening webbing are easy to use even with gloves on
  – Comfortable to wear when walking or hanging freely
• Light and compact:
  – only 150-170g
  – Optimized packing size in the transport bag
  – Hip belt and leg loops are extremely narrow and flexible thanks to WIREFRAME technology. The HDPE (high-density polyethylene) yarn used in the hip belt and leg loops ensures optimal load distribution even without padding. The harness is hardly noticeable when worn thanks to its light weight and comfort
• Practical and with plenty of space for carrying equipment:
  – Particularly simple design
  – Only one tie-in point
  – Two gear loops for transporting and clearly distributing the equipment
  – Silicone-lined attachment option for an ice screw on each leg loop
